Submit an enquiry

Once you have completed the online questionnaire, we will contact you with a quote. The quote will provide a detailed breakdown of the costs based on your requests. Please note that the quote is subject to change as we make edits and customise your package to best suit your needs.

Digital Proofs

Once you have submitted your specifications form, our team will begin working on your designs. You can anticipate receiving digital proofs within two weeks.

Completion

You will receive the final invoice six weeks before your desired date of receiving the Wedding Stationery, unless you have chosen a payment plan. It ' s important to note that any delays in providing feedback on the final proofs or making payment will result in a delay in processing your order. Please keep this timeframe in mind and plan accordingly. Once the full balance has been paid, your stationery will be processed, printed, carefully packaged, and sent out to you. Expect a turnaround time of 4 weeks from receipt of payment.

Complete a specifications form

Once you have approved the quote, you will receive a specifications form to complete. This form will ask for specific details that you would like to include in your Wedding Stationery. Please feel free to include any images you have come across for inspiration

Samples

You will also have the option to request samples. We provide two types of samples: generic samples, requiring a deposit of £30 plus postage, or custom samples, which require a deposit of 25% of the total cost plus postage. Any additional samples requested, will be charged appropriately and are non-refundable.

Scheduled

If you prefer to make a full payment closer to the delivery date, this is the most suitable option for you. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an invoice with a specified pay-by date. Typically, the payment is requested 6 weeks before your stationery is scheduled to be delivered.

Payment Plan

On larger orders, we offer 3-month or 6-month payment plans. This involves scheduling monthly payments until the full balance is paid. The full balance will need to be paid 6 weeks before you are due to receive your stationery.

Quotes

We understand that your ideas and materials may change throughout the process. Therefore, quotes are subject to change as we work through and adapt your package. Initially, you will be quoted using our standard materials. Premium materials are available and information on the variety of materials we have available are explained in the 'Materials ' information.

  • Standard white matte 300gsm - glare free and smooth

  • Silk matte 280gsm - thick and smooth

  • Recycled Matt 280gsm - smooth and uncoated, 100% post-consumer recycled paper

  • Linen 270gsm

  • Natural uncoated 300gsm - creamy, off-white paper

  • Photo card 250gsm - smooth and glossy

Silk matte is available with gold or silver embossing. Other materials may be available upon request.
