SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to process your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and you should expect your products within 7 days after receiving your order confirmation email. Our delivery charge is £3.50. If you are ordering outside of the UK, expect your order to be processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. Our shipping fee is £18 and your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Papers By Mae Ltd is not responsible for these charges if applicable and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with your item, we offer returns or exchanges within 28 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The following principles apply:

  • Faulty items can be returned for a full refund or exchange free of charge

  • All other items can be returned for a full refund or exchange but postage charges must be covered by the customer.  â€‹

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Unless faulty, discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must be returned in its original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

This information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Should you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any point, your details will be removed immediately from our records.
