Christmas Paint & Sip At Burnt Toast | Swanage | Dorset 6pm – Late Option to add on food ***To help the kitchen prepare, all food must be pre-ordered. Unfortunately, there won’t be an option to order on the day.*** Get into the Christmas spirit with an evening filled with creativity, laughter, and festive cheer at Burnt Toast in Swanage. Whether you come with friends or celebrate with colleagues, it’s the perfect way to unwind and enjoy company in a fun and festive environment. ________________________________________ Event Details • Painting session: 6pm – 9pm • Festive drinks: continues until late • Drinks served all evening ________________________________________ Your Ticket Includes: • One A3 canvas to take home at the end of the evening • All painting supplies (paints, palettes, brushes, aprons, and inspiration) • Step-by-step painting cards and QR codes linking to Christmas-themed tutorials • A gift bag to carry your finished artwork home Add on options: • Festive sharing board for two • 2x glasses of bubbly or non-alcohol option Expect, Christmas music, festive creativity and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Cancellation Policy
Workshop Registration & Payment - All workshops require advance registration. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. - Payments can be made online via our website Cancellations & Refunds - If you need to cancel your registration, a full refund will be provided if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the workshop date - email chloe@papersbymae.co.uk. - Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to someone else. - In the event of insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop. In this case, participants will receive a full refund. Arrival & Punctuality - Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the workshop to allow time for settling in. Workshops will start promptly at the scheduled time. - Late arrivals may miss important instructions and disrupt the session. Materials & Tools - All materials and tools required for the workshop will be provided unless stated otherwise. - Please handle all tools and materials with care. Any damages to equipment caused by misuse may incur a charge. Safety & Conduct - For safety reasons, please follow all instructions given by the instructor. - Workshops are intended to be a friendly, inclusive, and creative environment. We ask that all participants respect each other and the instructor during the session. Photography & Media - We may take photographs or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes. By attending, you agree to appear in these images unless you inform us otherwise before the workshop begins. Allergy Information - Some workshops may include food or drink, such as tea, coffee, or snacks. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs. - Please note that we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Custom Orders - If the workshop includes custom orders (e.g., professionally printed cards), orders will be processed after the workshop, with estimated delivery times provided at the event. - Bulk orders can be placed, and pricing will be discussed during or after the workshop.
